Currently I spend most of my time developing NETCAL, a complete platform for the large-scale analysis of Calcium Imaging data. The software is developed on MATLAB and is tailored for in vitro recordings in neuronal cultures. However, most of the analysis also works for in vivo data and even MEAs.
